Here are 4 affirmations I make on a daily basis:
- God, you are GOOD.
- You are GOOD to me.
- You are GOOD at being God.
- God is GOOD and does GOOD.

For the Kingdom of God is a matter of living a life of goodness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
Do you see God’s goodness?
We get so tempted for God’s supply that we lose sight of God’s goodness.
Sight before Supply

Psalms 27:13 NLT
Yet I am confident I will see the Lord’s goodness while I am here in the land of the living.

We can only ask for what we see.

Ask God to show you His goodness.
Jeremiah 29:11 NLT
“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”
God plans good for you.
Romans 8:28 NIV
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
God works good for you.
Hebrews 12:10 NIV
They disciplined us for a little while as they thought best; but God disciplines us for our good, in order that we may share in his holiness.
God disciplines good for you.
Psalms 145:7 NLT
Everyone will share the story of your wonderful goodness; they will sing with joy about your righteousness.
You are the Everyone!
God wants you to share His goodness.
A lack of joy is a lack of seeing God’s goodness.
Jeremiah 31:12 NLT
They will come home and sing songs of joy on the heights of Jerusalem. They will be radiant because of the Lord’s good gifts—the abundant crops of grain, new wine, and olive oil, and the healthy flocks and herds. Their life will be like a watered garden, and all their sorrows will be gone.

The Lord is good to those who depend on him, to those who search for him.
Do you search for God’s goodness?
Treasure God’s goodness?
The enemy will steal your awareness of God’s goodness.
If the enemy can blind you from God’s goodness, He can control you.
- Search for God’s goodness.
- Remember God’s goodness.
- Count God’s goodness.
- Record God’s goodness.
- Set up a memorial to remind future generations of God’s goodness.
- Protect God’s goodness.
- Proclaim God’s goodness.
- Publish God’s goodness.
- Share God’s goodness.
Romans 2:4 NLT
Don’t you see how wonderfully kind, tolerant, and patient God is with you? Does this mean nothing to you? Can’t you see that his kindness is intended to turn you from your sin?
- God’s goodness convicts you.
- God’s goodness purifies you.
- God’s goodness cleanses you.
- God’s goodness transforms you.
- God’s goodness draws you into the presence of God.
- God’s goodness results in God’s goodness.

But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness…
Commit to seeing God’s goodness at all times.
